AMTSO General Principles - Proposed
One of AMTSO’s fundamental charters is to develop and publish objective standards and best practices for testing of anti-malware and related products.
The following General Principles are the first step in fulfilling this charter, and have been developed collaboratively by AMTSO members to be general principles that testers, organizations who publish test-based product reviews, and vendors can agree represent a foundation for best practices.
AMTSO members will take a final vote on adopting of these General Principles at the next AMTSO meeting, held October 30 – 31, 2008 in London, England. The purpose of this Request for Public Comment is to invite all interested parties and individuals to review these proposed General Principles and contribute their opinions and questions.
To provide comments, please send an email to comments@amtso.org, or use the comment function below.
The open comment period will end on Friday, October 17, 2008.
Thank you in advance for your input.
